The world is becoming increasingly complex. Traditionally standardized, packaged software (e.g., accounting applications) rarely fit organizations like large federal agencies that are by their very nature “different.” The constant changing environments of these organizations present large-scale, “hard problems” requiring a unique engineering approach for delivering adaptable, multi-domain solutions.
This session will present examples of how business process and/or case management has provided the key enabling component of the multi-do- main solutions in highly-complex environments.
