We will review this new standard, how it’s being leveraged to change IT organizations, helping to implement automation, streamline IT work, and to mature core IT functions necessary for running IT organizations effectively in today’s demanding digital economy.
We will also review how the IT4IT standard references and complements many commonly applied standards and frameworks in use to include ITIL®, CoBIT®, SAFe® and TOGAF®. This session will address review what the 4 value streams and 29 functions that comprise IT4IT, the genesis of the new standard, and how existing standards come together into one model, as well as real-world IT transformation use cases, insights gained and benefits realized.
